Delivery & Shipping Policy

Shipping:

Once order is received, we try our best to dispatch the order in the next 48 working hours. Any delay in the order dispatch will be notified.

Orders are shipped and expected delivery is between 1 to 7 working days within India depending on location.

Customers will be notified with delivery details via WhatsApp/Call.

Shipping charges will be extra if purchase amount is below minimum order value.

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are dispatched from Gurugram. General Delivery Timeline:

• Delhi NCR: Usually delivered within 2 working days. Contact us for same-day delivery.
• Other cities: Generally take 3–7 working days depending on location.

Return, Refund, Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Happiness Point follows a friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable as much as possible.

Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

Order Cancellation:

• Cancellation of Order is done only if the product is not dispatched.

Transit Damage:

• There are very rare chances that the product might get damaged in transit.
• If the order is received damaged, please follow the below instructions:
• Opening Video is Must – Please record opening video of the parcel clearly showing the item. If found damaged, we will replace it immediately.
• Kindly WhatsApp or email us with the opening video attached.
• Please ensure to notify us of any defective products within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange:

• Exchange, if any, is provided within the same product.
• Exchange is allowed once per order.
• Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the product or its color. All product details are mentioned in the description; please read before ordering.
• Only unused, undamaged products with all labels/tags intact in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• If the customer does not return the product within 5–7 business days from the exchange request, the request will be cancelled.

Return / Refund:

• Please ensure to notify us of any defective products within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Refunds (if any), once processed, will be credited in 4–6 working days in the same payment mode depending on the bank timeline.
